DEMI NGUYEN
Demi Nguyen is a multidisciplinary designer who transforms insights and strategy into thoughtful design experiences. From brand identities to digital products, her work combines structure and storytelling to connect audiences and ideas.
She has transformed the visual landscape of Texas Christian University through collaborations with departments such as Student Affairs, KTCU 88.7 Radio, Bob Schieffer College of Communication, and Campus Recreation & Wellness Center, while also working with Dallas–Fort Worth clients including Alliance for Children, Righteous Foods, and Greater Impact. Born and raised in Vietnam, later moved to Hungary, and now based in Fort Worth, Demi draws on her cultural journey to uncover the essence of identities and connect brands with Gen Z audiences.
Her experience includes roles as a Graphic Design Intern for TCU Student Affairs Marketing and Design Lead for TCU’s National Student Advertising Competition team, alongside an independent practice spanning brand identities, illustrations, and award-winning posters and photography. In 2023, she founded Vietype, a digital archive preserving Vietnamese typography from the late 1960s–80s, sparking wider conversations on type and cultural identity.
Currently completing her BFA in Graphic Design, Demi has exhibited in shows such as the Student Research Symposium and Kick A** Graphic Design Exhibition, and remains active in AAF, DSVC, and AIGA. Her work has been recognized with the Nordan Scholarship in Art, Creative Quarterly, DSVC, and Graphis International Awards.
