Info
Developed in Intro to Creative Practice, TCU Leap was a freshman UX/UI project focused on improving student transportation around campus. Through surveys with over 20 participants, interviews with the Executive Director of Student Leadership and Involvement, and on-site research, our team identified key concerns about safety, reliability, and convenience for students traveling to the airport. We discovered that previous shuttle systems were often cancelled last minute and underused, leaving students feeling unsafe when commuting late at night. Our solution reimagined the experience as both practical and community-driven—featuring a redesigned shuttle system with a distinctive horned frog–themed waiting station equipped with security poles, an updated bus interior plan, and an interactive mobile app that lets users track routes and connect with fellow Horned Frogs on the same trip.
