Team Union

Team Union is a founder-led, remote-first fractional HR firm helping companies build and manage their People Operations. Over four months, I worked closely with the CEO in a hybrid strategist and designer role, with the work heavily focused on research, brand strategy, and defining Union’s communication direction. I researched its clients, services, competitors, and future positioning, then translated those findings into branded pitch decks, proposal templates, service frameworks, custom illustrations, a sub-brand identity, and other sales and communication assets. The work helped shape a brand that feels professional and credible while moving beyond the conventions of traditional corporate HR.
